Luplay is a minigames server made in Luanti.
To join you need Luanti, or you can also join using a fork of Luanti(for example Multicraft) but it is not recommended.
You can download Luanti from
luanti.org
or you can play an older version of it in the browser
here in the Public Servers tab.
On the browser version it says Minetest as that's the old name of Luanti, you can read more about that in
this blog post.
Inside Luanti, go to the "Join Game" tab, search for "Luplay", and register on the server.
In case you need the address and port, they're luplay.k327.eu and 30000. Or luplay.k327.eu:30000
